So often we encounter people who are totally unaware of how they are showing up in the world. It happens at work, too. I just had an experience a couple days ago that ended with a remarkable twist and I wanted to share it with you.

You are the leader of your team – and your life. When you take time to show empathy – that you care – people feel valued. It doesn’t take a lot of time to do this and the benefits are huge.
