Is Your Body Telling You to Slow Down?

Do you believe in signs? I sure do.

We get them from the Universe to let us know when we need to make a change.

Sometimes they show up as a nudge or inkling. It’s a feeling that you get or a thought crosses your mind about something that’s been bothering you or you’ve been considering.

Maybe it’s showing up as a lack of sleep or weight gain or weight loss.

Sometimes it’s an in-your-face kind of thing, like a near-miss at a stoplight when you’re light turns green and a car runs a red light and comes flying through the intersection and barely misses hitting you.

Whoa. Got your attention – hopefully.

Sometimes it’s a full-on rubber mallet to your head – “Wake up sister, you gotta pay attention!”

I’ve had all three types of experiences throughout my life and sometimes I’ve noticed and sometimes I haven’t.

It’s when I haven’t noticed that the messages get stronger and louder.

Often, these messages manifest in your body.
